General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 – Seller Identification

Article 2 – Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern sales concluded between Casa Solaire France and any buyer (hereinafter "the Customer") via the online store kasasolaire-france.myshopify.com.

Article 3 – Orders

Any order placed on our site implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The Customer receives confirmation by email after validation of their order.

Article 4 – Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes. Casa Solaire France benefits from VAT exemption (article 293B of the French General Tax Code). Products are billed based on the rate in effect at the time of the order.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment is due immediately upon order. We accept bank cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and other payment methods available on the store.

Article 6 – Delivery

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. The delivery time is 5 to 10 business days in mainland France. Delivery costs are displayed at the time of order.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.

Article 8 – Warranty

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) provided by the French Consumer Code.

Article 9 – Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the Customer may resort to mediation via the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. French law is applicable.
